Final finishing of the flight stands.
Worth, Dan Ricks, Pauly, and one of his friends, Jerry, all giving their input on the finishing of the flight stands… and Pauly, there, with the brush.

 

There they are… the finished stands!

Beautiful job, guys... painted steel flight stands with plastic end-caps on the tubing, router-rounded edges on the tables, and a layer of carpet... and Charlie included little pegs for hanging a pilot's transmitter. Awesome!

  1. Great looking stands. Our club Yakima Areo Modlers, we were wondering about the plans for your stands. Our stands are made of wood and last between 3 to 5 years. It’s our bases take the most of the damage, even though we do try to seal them. Thank you great field you guys have.
